Have used CYD printing for invoice books and such for over 15 years as did my father before me. Always had a first class and professional service.
Went in to ask about a simple print job, was given the same treatment as the other reviewer who experienced a very rude woman. This is the very first negative review I have left, but the womans attitude was so bad I felt compelled to say something. Maybe she was having a bad day, but I won't be back.
Awful. Received a quote for printing went with the document and money ready for them to print however, waited 15 minutes before being seen to and turns out the staff was in the same room as me and had chosen to ignore my presence (originally i thought she was a customer) after showing the documents to the very rude lady she shouted at me telling me this is not what the quote was for (in my opinion a simple error made on our behalf) I would have expected to have been advised on an alternative option or different price however, i was yelled at in the shop after i had explained i was only there to drop the money and documents of and was nothing to do with me i was simply dropping it off! She then continued to in her abusive manner and said 'oh whatever' walked off and continued with what she was originally doing. I have now taken my 500 local community order elsewhere.
