The food is truly second to none. The trout was caught by the owner-chef and was incredibly fresh and deliciously grilled with herbs. The lasagne was full of flavour with tasty beef. The salad is decorated with orange peels, strawberries and grapes and delightfully complemented the main course. The service was the loveliest too with the owner's sister running the front of the house, making every dinner well looked after.

Had a really fantastic evening at Candles the staff couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly-the high chair for my 11 month old was already set up at the table when we arrived. The food was amazing and the set menu was great value for money with still plenty of choice. Would highly recommend The restaurant was spotless and all covid restrictions didnt have any impact on our dining experience

Lovely little place and very friendly staff. They squeezed us in last minute, we had a lovely evening and a fantastic three course meal. Can't wait to go back to Llandudno and candles will be the first place we book.
