Total Spectrum ABA

My son was diagnosed in May 2019. Was told he didnt qualify for ABA services over phone. His doctor and Early On Intervention both said he needed it. Called back to get info on ABA through them to be told he does qualify and would call back to set up days and times. No call back. I call them to see what's going on and was told that he doesnt qualify because of the evaluation. His support coordinator through MORC finally figures out the Authorization paperwork , that was suppose to be sent through in MAY, is now just being sent through. Its AUGUST!!!! I've called everyone I could to get the run around. This is my child's life and future. Why is paperwork not being done right here? Some papers were even not signed. I would not go here. I loved it at first, but I'm so disappointed. Please seek evaluation elsewhere.
