The staff services do not deserve any star because there is no care in their words or the demeanor these people have. No sense of time, courtesy, and understanding of people's needs. How can you work with people, when you don't even understand the peoples need. You are in business to care for people not ignore their needs. Starting at the manager lever to caregiver are taught to ignore people's needs, you should not be in this business or working in this field. How does state approve such people. Training is to show certificates but not to learn what is being trained in. Other company are much better because good people do exist but not in the company. Sorry for people that don't have choice.

The more I deal with the house manager,and with corporate office.The more I'am determine to put my son in a hopefully better house.This company is such a joke that rarely anybody answers the phone little lone returns my calls.Last week went to corporate office to drop off paper work that they were told to handle themselves. Wasn't impressed by what I saw. Still have a very low opinion about Quest inc.The other caregivers working with my son and the other gentlemen there are GREAT!!!!! Too bad about the rest at corporate.It's probably own and operated by the Clinton Foundation....Add insult to injury..I had a brief,but disturbing phone conversation with the Operations Director..I give this person all the courteously I can...then this thing started running her mouth.At that point..all civil behavior went out the door.I really think that this thing needs to be force to resign.
