There are not enough kind words to describe my experience with this TEAM, Dr. Tobin has been part of my family since 1996. He is an amazing doctor and a very thoughtful person. He treats everyone with equal amount of care. His nurses and front office are top notch. Karen and Liz have been with him from way back when. Amazing doctor, amazing!!

Had been going here the last 33 years (my entire life). The receptionists here are extremely unpleasant and rude. I have heard them talk and complain about other patients while waiting for the Dr. to come in the room (HIPPA Violation). I was one of the \patients\ being complained about at the time, and could hear their discussion through the thin office walls. Most recently they refused to relay a message to have Dr. Tobin call me back to discuss a medication because \it's been over a year since my last visit.\ (Even though the Dr. willingly called me back a few weeks prior no problem.) Patient care shouldn't depend on what mood the receptionist is in to have your concerns relayed. After moving to Saint Clair Shores the only reason I continued to make the drive was due to coming here my entire life. Finally the receptionists have forced another patient to find care elsewhere, and if nothing changes they will undoubtedly lose more. Dr. Tobin if you are reading this please heed this advice, your receptionists are a direct reflection of yourself. If you are a patient, please advocate for yourself and take your care elsewhere. You deserve better than this place can offer.

I have a CDHP. I pay for my treatment out of my own check, so I am sure to review my bills carefully. I had questions, so I called. I was met with rudeness, and the office ladies just couldn't wait to take my payment and get me off the phone. I really do not recommend this money grabber. I never even went had a physical from the doctor, because he chose to charge us nearly 300.00 to set up a second appointment. Wow. Not cool, and not a good business practice.
Dr. Tobin is very understanding, thorough and compassionate. He truly cares about his patients and it shows. My husband had been a patient here for years before we even met, so my daughter and I started going here shortly after we moved to the area. We have been very happy with the entire staff.
