Rude, arrogant, ignorant, Staff dont listen it very frustrating as my own Home address is the same as Richmack. The Council & Post Office cant do anything about it. I always get Drliverys for a Builders Yard when I live in a House. Delivery Drivers are rude & dont listen. I've given up on contacting Riichmack as all I get in return is a bad attitude.
