Always a wonderful vet! Been going here for over 10 years now with a number of pets. They are always so caring and well mannered with my pets and their customer care is fabulous! Even when my last dog had to be put to sleep, there was so much care and attention that went into the process and it was made a really calm experience for both pet and owner. Couldn’t rate highly!

We have been using this vet for years and always been satisfied with the staff and treatment. This has steadily declined over the past year and we have experienced overcharging despite both our dogs being on the care plan, charged double on one occasion, inability to accurately schedule appointments, inability to diagnose a paw injury accurately resulting in infection and pain for weeks, refused treatment at a scheduled appointment as the vet had to get lunch and generally just being rude and impersonal when in the building. Will not be back and there is better care available elsewhere.

Sent me a text telling me my dog was due her prescription and to “ pop in or phone” when I phoned told me to email my request and refused to take details over the phone - not great customer service! Sent email but as I didn’t receive a prompt response . So I phoned back and got a very pleasant member of staff who apologised for my earlier response & who processed my order for collection later the same day. Restored my faith I this firm.
