Accessible with parking to a degree. It's often busy but worth it for the support and help they give. Can't fault them at all. Really great bunch.
This service is not fit for purpose. I have now been to this office on two seperate occasions regarding severe discrimination. This office do not have a clue about anything to do with equality and diversity or human rights. That's concerning as your protected from discrimination when using a public service. They also don't have a clue about the Government's Insolvency Service where consumers need to report fraudulent companies, since the closure of the Office of Fair Trading your advised this to be done through CAB. So, how are consumers supposed to report things? How are consumers supposed to get the correct advice when your staff ain't got a clue! Absolute joke of a service!
I recommend everyone that is seeking for advice. Very helpful and kind staff x
