Could not recommend this shop highly enough. We had decided to get a baby corn snake due to having a 7 year old child and wanting something that he wouldn't be too scared of when it reached adult size. When we entered the shop the owner couldn't help enough, getting every variety of baby corn snake out he had for us to look at and play with. He then recommended we look at and handle the adult Corn snakes. He then practically let us see, handle and watch him handle all other varieties of snake he had so we could make the right choice. Due to this we decided on a baby royal python as it was calm and wouldn't reach a huge size our child would be scared of. In total he spent over an hour and a half offering as much advice as possible and made us feel extremely well looked after. It's fair to say several months on our Python is healthy, eating, shedding and doing all a healthy python should do due to the amazing advice and care the owner gave us. 100% the right decision to get a royal python for us but we may never have been aware of it if we hadn't had gone to this shop. The owner has a genuine passion and care for the welfare of all his animals and a wealth of knowledge. Despite living over an hour away, when I get my next snake it will be from here. Amazing shop also, with lots of top quality product. Incredible guy and incredible shop!!

Really friendly helpful guy, shop not long opened so still finding his feet nice small selection of snakes which will be added to given time other pets catered for also. Bought my blizzard corn from him not to long ago and restocked my frozen reptile food from him.
Amazing place. Never had any problems with the customer service or products or animals I have bought from here. Such a friendly owner and I would highly recommend. Keep up the great work :D
So my girlfriend wanted a baby corn snake and we decided to come have a look here after seeing quite a few different morphs advertise online. We come from about 30 minutes away and the owner was very polite and helpful, got numerous snakes out for us to look at and constantly reassured us that if we had any issues at all with a snake from him to give him a call and he'd be more than happy to rectify the situation. Give us a big spiel the whole thing. We made our mind up on one and was more than happy. My girlfriend also wanted to buy one of the starter set ups (as a reasonably experienced snake-keeper in the past I know that the actual value of a plastic rub, heat matt and a bit of substrate is about a tenner but I'm more than happy to support small pets shops like this so bought a \starter set up\ for 40 too or however much it was. Everything went fine until about 1 month later when my girlfriend rang me hysterical while I was at work. She explained she'd gone into the room and the baby snake was upside down and looked dead. She left it until I got home and could have a proper look and she had clearly passed away unfortunately. I rang the shop (as he had told me, any problems, contact) for him to basically tell me i'd killed the snake by feeding it food from pets at home and there's nothing he could do! I've owned loads of different snakes and to be told it had died from the food I had given it (pinkies from pets at home) was just salt in the wound. The best he could do was offer 50% off another baby corn which in my opinion is an absolute joke. In short, he was very helpful and seemed genuine when he was trying to get the money out of my pocket but as soon as there's an issue he doesn't want to hear it! I appreciate how hard the industry is for small pets shops and i haven't taken writing this review lightly but I would honestly avoid buying an animal from this guy...
