We visited the store during the week and had such an easy visit! Ishteyaq the sales assistant was so friendly and helpful, he gave me a couple of options and was talking through each perfume. I wasn't sure what I was sort of looking for but he made it so easy! Not to mention the great offer I got - was 150 down to 110, bargain! He was chatty, helpful, knowledgeable and no over bearing or pushing the most expensive products on us, His customer service is outstanding. thank you for giving us a nice shopping experience.
The staff are all good people so is indeed the owner All-hamdulilah. The products are very good. Good place for perfumes. Very friendly and polite. The are two separate floors, upstair is for ladies, downstairs is for men. Please make sure you do visit this shop and share your experience. Thank you guys, keep it running.
Used to buy from them but not anymore once they got rude.
Went here today. Bought some things for my little daughter, then liked a few hats. Waited around for customer services whilst other customers were being seen to. Then asked the manager for a new piece hat with a Amama. Manager was quite rude and dealt with me in a rushed manner. Said will reduce by 10% as it was mucky and last piece. Asked to buy hat and Amama separately but he just walked off.
