Lovely sunset down here if you can time it right. Bikes do go up and down fairly fast so watch your kids/dogs if they like to move around. Nicely maintained and always come back happier

Otterspool is a gem of wide open spaces dog friendly and at times it can be busy with people exercising during lockdown there is lots of space to socially distance and the Otterspool cafe is a great place to grab a coffee further along the Festival Gardens.

Excellent place to get a breath of fresh air. Avoid the skatepark as its COVID Central.

Lovely area to spend an afternoon, and if you have younger children a well equipped captivity park (at cost and booking required at busy times) A reasonably priced cafe is by the activity park. There is a good children playground and adult fitness equipment free for all. The walk on the promenade, from the city to Speke is exhilarating

Otterspool promenade was an exhilarating excursion . The water was a tad bit cold but enjoyable never the less
