Had to go to emergency dentist in Newcastle to have tooth extraction, have had tooth extractions before, but this time it felt different for some reason or another, followed the instructions presisly and ended up with a great big gum boil and it is very sore can't get shot of it keep catching it when eating and it turns me quite sick. Would not recommend to anyone

Dr Osman is a lovely gentleman and an expert dentist. I’ve been twice to finish a very complicated root canal and I’ve come away with no pain and a tooth in tact that other dentists could well have extracted. Thank you for such a professional service highly recommended 5 stars :-)
I dont know how people are saying best dentist in stoke on trent, they dont even have a dental hygienist? The dentist performs a scale and polish during your check up and does a shoddy job of it a 5 minute scale minus the polish. Ive been going regularly for 2 years and when the dentist did do a scale it was quite painful and rushed. I recently booked in to diana dental for a diamond clean, they said yes you definitely need a hygienist appointment, they then proceeded to spend around 15/20 minutes carrying out a gentle and thorough scale of all my teeth, then 10 minutes performing the diamond clean and then 5 minutes scraping between the harder to access places and then 5 minutes poloshing my teeth. A proper job. At liverpool road you have your check up and 'scale and no polish' done in 10 minutes, just rushing you through it. Yes i paid 100 quid for diana dental services but i suppose you get what you pay for. Either way the dentist is not fit for purpose in 2020 until they get a hygienist.

Never ever will i step foot in this dentist. Went as an emergency. Told him(Dr Mohammad Hindawi (m)) what was wrong. He said i needed a tooth extraction. 2 injections and only 10 seconds he yanked out the tooth before anesthetic took hold. I was crying throughout but he didnt stop. Really arrogant attitude.no people skills. A total butcher. I will be putting in a formal complaint.
