Despite the usual website blurb of providing highly professional service and “customers mattering more than anything”, our experience was dire . An arrangement was made, but no one turned up. The following day they said they would check the diary and phone back, but no call was forthcoming. Their only contact number is answered at 1:20 rate. We gave up on them .

I am hoping this finds it was to the main Moss Landscaping LTD team. Having just had the most amazing experience having my garden sorted out with artificial lawn I must convey my thanks! SEVERAL hurdles were found along the way, and nothing from the beginning, Leah and Mary answering all manner of enquires for me, right down to the last detail was never a problem. Don was brilliant for advising and Gary and young Mickey were just superb! I really have not felt like this about a company for a long time, I felt the process was competitive, tidy and would highly recommend. My garden has literally been transformed before my eyes and I feel I have got more than my value for money! My son whom the lawn was for, is VERY pleased and the team were brilliant with us! Now I don't have to worry about my legs and back moving lawns with a big spinal injury, the garden at respite looks amazing! Cheers! absolute Five Star Service, start to finish! Failed to turn up...I contacted Moss Landscapes on behalf of my Dad. The lady I spoke to was pleasant enough and said they had a cancellation on the day I called, so could go round that evening, otherwise it would be the following week. They contacted my Dad later on and said they now couldn't come, but told him they would come on Saturday morning. But they didn't show up. They're obviously too busy for more work.

Moss Landscapes installed a new driveway for me last week, I couldn’t have been more pleased with the quality of the work and the final result. I was unsure as to the type of paving I wanted, but Tom was great in talking me through different styles and prices and helping choose the right product to fit the style we wanted. Then add to this the quick turnaround in completion of the work to a very high standard. We would recommend highly Moss Landscapes to others and we will be using them again.

Do not use this Landscapers, they done a Indian sandstone job, the job seemed fine afterwards we had problems we contact them on numerous occasions to know avail, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE COWBOYS!
