Booked MOT online. Turned up for my slot, dealt with swiftly. Mark and Chris on the front desk great customer service not just in dealing with me but what I was watching while I waited with other customers in person or on the phone. Very efficient and my first time I’ve used this particular Kwikfit, will definitely come back again for sure

Incompetence! Failed MOT .... CORRECT (\Headlight aim too low\)! But they wanted me to change the whole headlights assembly (210 ) for a bulb not placed correctly in the socket (even if I suspected such issue and asked about this possibility and discarded).

Just used Kwik Fit Knotty Ash and very impressed with service and staff. Chris answered phone and agreed I could call in in 5 minutes to check for damage under vehicle after hitting a kerb. Chris checked right away and found no damage but noticed the need for 2 new front tyres which could be fitted whilst we were there. As I was waiting I was struck by how polite, friendly and efficient each member of staff was with every customer either on the phone or in person. I also noticed good COVID safety measures in place. Thank you Chris and Ian. I would not hesitate to highly recommend this branch of Kwikfit Fit.

Excellent service. I phoned this morning to book an appointment at knotty ash branch. Was booked in for today. I arrived a bit early but was seen to straight away. My puncture repaired quickly and professionally. Thanks guys.

had a set of 4 tyres from this centre fitted to my 140i and can honestly say was the best service for the time and customer service i've ever witness. never used kwikfit before but can honestly say the professionalism from mark and the team i couldn't fault. when i arrived i asked for a tracking check. tyres was fitted then received a phone call from mark explaining the tracking was out front and back and that i could cover my car fir 2 years fro 130 pound. 100% couldn't recommend this garage more. good work lads
