Got a car from this dealership 1 month ago for my 21st birthday. Fantastic service from a salesman named Lewis, really made a fuss of us and was very helpful when explaining everything we needed to know about the car. I love it and would definitely go here again. Recommend it to anyone.

Very disappointing service. Sales process was fine, no issues there. However downhill from there. Firstly, they dropped the car off with warning lights on, and the rear brake light and indicator out. I then had to go two days without a car, whilst they fixed it. Naturally this dented my confidence in the dealership and car itself, as the salesperson clearly must have seen this when dropping the car off. I then asked for a copy of the multi-point check, which, many weeks later I’m still waiting on (in spite of asking many times). There was also a minor issue with the car which they agreed to sort afterwards - again, in spite of many requests for an update, this still isn’t done. If you send any emails, don’t expect a response for days. All in all, generally poor after service and I wouldn’t return. Far better vw dealerships in the surrounding area with much better customer service.
