My car went here for a service and came out worse then what it went in for!! I also asked them to diagnose a problem as I had warning lights on my dashboard they tried to rip me off saying it was this, that and give me a list of quotes to come back and get it fixed. I then gave the codes on the diagnostic to a mechanic friend who told me what the problem is straight and I managed to fix it myself with the help from my partner and buying the parts cheaper elsewhere. This garage is a rip off I thought if using a “Halfords” garage they would be honest and reliable but in fact I had to drive my car home in a worse state then when I drove it there. The mechanics are unprofessional and stand around instead of getting work done.

Really easy to book online and friendly service at the garage itself. Good social distancing measures in place and car was ready to pick up same day after a full service and MOT and after a little minor work needed. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Excellent service from Halfords. Friendly and clearly competent, knowledgable staff. Reasonable prices and no sense of being ripped off or hustled. Just need to sort the parking situation when arriving.
