I've never had an issue with Gaskells - their customer service is always brilliant, the staff are so helpful and if there has ever been an issue they go above and beyond to get things sorted. On top of that, they're really environmentally friendly which is a big win for me. Would strongly recommend!

Horrendous Company if I could give a minus 10 star I would. put the prices up to double without any notice, charge me for 4 pick ups a month when I had 2 and doubled the price. Changed us 92 to pick up 2 bin bags apparently the bin bags where very heavy, considering we are a barbers I find that very hard to believe. Customer service is absolutely disgusting when trying to query the over charged amount. Basically make the rules up as they go along just to be awkward and charged me a further 250 to get out the contact. Avoid at all costs as they will find away to harass you for payment for a service you haven’t had.
Gaskells are the worst waste service we have ever used! I wished I’d read some of the reviews before signing the contract. We were told by their sales advisor that the contract was easy to leave if you’re not happy. This is not the case!! They have made us stay with them for nearly an additional 18 months and we’re still not out yet!!!! We’ve had missed collections. We’ve been invoiced for collections that have never happened and had to wait nearly 6 months for a credit note!! Avoid! Avoid! Avoid!

Avoid at all costs.tried to cancel account even though contract has run out,told to look at T&C BECAUSE BASICALLY YOU ARE STUCK WITH THIS COMPANY FOR ANOTHER 12 MONTHS NEED TO GIVE 3-6 MONTHS NOTICE BEFORE CONTRACT EXPIRES. Been with this company for many years and been treated terribly. If I could give 0 stars I would.
