Absolute scum bags in the London road store . Lose your items cos your in hospital and when call to renew a week before there due over the phone as couldn’t get into store with being in hospital after a road accident they blank the phone and hang up on you one whole week been ringing and either they answer say they can’t hear me and hang up or don’t even answer at all absolutely gutted that I’ve lost my things as there is no way I can walk into town as I’m in hospital with spleen damage after a road accident. I made sure I called up way before the things were due to renew with my card I’m absolutely furious. And also the new staff who actually answered and hung up your a disgrace. I’ve learned my lesson now never will I use these disgusting unscrupulous places again
