We are very pleased with the service provided by Acumen Estates during the difficult time of the pandemic. The photos and video of our property for sale looked great and the fees are competitive. We had a lot of interest very quickly, and the team arranged viewing appointments to maximise as many viewers as possible during each day. Special thanks to Ellie, who managed our sale and stayed in touch regularly, which made the whole process less stressful. When we had sold, we were having problems finding a removal company that was available on our completion day, Acumen put us in touch with a company that moved us. Acumen are a great team and we would recommend them.

Acumen Estates are, quite simply, the best estate agent I have ever used. I instructed them to sell my late mother's house because they seemed professional, knowledgeable and very competitive And I was so glad I did - they got me a buyer quickly, and at the best price possible (actually, we had three offers very quickly, all of which were better than we'd originally hoped for) Their communications were outstanding, and when the sale dragged on (because HMCTS, who issue probate, proved glacial and unhelpful in my case), and our buyer (understandably) became uncertain about whether to proceed, Acumen kept them on board - and happy, no mean feat My thanks go to John for doing things so well, and for choosing great staff - and a special thanks to Ellie, who looked after me so well. Recently sold a property through Acumen, and would highly recommend anybody looking to either buy or sell to do the same. From the moment we had a home visit, right throughout the selling process the team did all they could to make things happen as smoothly and as quickly as possible. At times, they were the driving force behind pushing the solicitors to move things on which meant our sale was completed within 12 week period even in these challenging times. Acumen Estates handled the sale of my late sister's house in Liverpool. Although we had a couple of false starts, the sale went through smoothly. I have recently bought a house through Acumen estates and can not recommend them enough, especially Jackie. After the solicitors we used was not very helpful Jackie went out of her way to get answers for us. She kept us upto date with what was going on and helped to get the purchase moved along quicker. Really cant thank her enough!
