Could not recommend this estate enough. Very quick and efficient to settle a moving in date. Extremely attentive to a tenants needs. Big shout out to Tracey and Natalie who both went way above and beyond throughout the whole of my tenancy. Extremely informative and did everything they could to react to any problems I had throughout (minor). Credit to the business. Thanks for everything guys. Professional, responsive and above all caring. As a tenant of a Livermores property for nearly 5 years I found the team always friendly and happy to help. Sedda in particular always went above and beyond, her expertise and knowledge is second to none. On moving out I had an unfortunate dispute with a landlord, Sedda handled the situation seamlessly, remaining impartial yet kind and efficient yet still with a human touch. Professionalism and kindness at its very best.
I have been using Livermores for the past 10 years with no regrets. Throughout that time Andrew Ming and more recently Natalie have always been very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. I am always kept updated and any queries dealt with promptly. Highly recommended.
