My wife came here to buy a Mitsubishi Outlander through the Motability Scheme. This was in Jan 2019. The salesman was pleasant and knowledgeable. Paid cash 600 deposit and got receipt. Told delivery would be 8 to 10 weeks. At 3 months heard nothing. Rang up to see what was happening. Salesman had left and they had no knowledge of order. Did find payment of 600 though. Said that vehicle would have to be reordered though at another 8 to 10 weeks delivery. About a month later got phone call to say vehicle was there and ready. My wife was surprised and said she wasnt expecting it so soon , the reply was \well if you dont want it we can send it back\. Somewhat taken aback by the abruptness an appointment was made for collection. On day in question we drove over there. One salsman there. He was very harrassed. Said he'd been lumbered with job of checking old car and handover. Wasn't his sale, and had 4 handovers to do that day.Just checked old car from a distance without seeing inside or car close up. Did not do normal handover that you normally get with new vehicle.Pretty much just gave us the keys. Made to feel that we were an inconvenience. Spoke to Motability and immediately changed to different garage for future servicing. Absolutely appalling sales service, and wont go back there when 3 year term with Motability ends, nor would I recommend them to others. Salesman supposed to be the face of the company. He failed would never deal with them again.

Twice i have brought my L200 to this garage, and both times been told it will cost over 2k to fix. The first time was for a DPF filter at 32,000 miles got told this was because the vehicle was serviced late. I took the L200 to another dealer and they tested the sensors to find one had come loose near the driver's side foot well and was reading -500 degrees . They cleaned it and plugged back in. It has never had a problems since. I then brought the truck in this week and got told the reason the wipers and auto lights weren't working was because of a LDW ecu at a cost of 2600. I then phoned a L200 specialist, he spent five minutes on the phone telling me to try the plug on the windscreen, as this becomes loose when driving. No tools needed and its working fine again. So if you want a garage that will just read computer faults and fit new parts at the costs of thousands to the owners use this garage. They were great when selling me the truck. Since i have owned it, I have received nothing but poor after care from them. Please feel free to contact me anyone reading this and I can give you the DPF paperwork and proof that the fix that cost me 75 pound. I also have a recorded phone call from the service department. Look forward to the response .
