Honestly not sure how everyone has had great experiences when mine has been far from it. I originally emailed to ask about the difference between the balcony set and standard set. I never got an answer. I was offered though that if I sent photos and sizes out they could put something together for me. After all this I was offered the balcony set. If my original email query was answered this could have been ordered by myself online days before this. I opted for next day delivery and was told they would try and get it out that day, if not I would receive it next week. I was never informed of if it was sent out in time (it was). The kit is useless because they have sent the wrong size corner bolts. Eddie said he would make sure that it was collected because it \will cost you a small fortune to send back\. It is also their legal responsibility to cover returns of an item that is not as described. This was passed to Elaine who told me that I can send it back at my expense and they will check it is unopened and then refund. No mention what-so-ever of it being the wrong items. I emailed her back to tell her this and she has completely ignored me. Thankfully, I paid by AMEX so have opened a dispute with them for my money back.

I feel that the negatives received are unfair. Pestfix has simply undertaken a service for the government and it was not their responsibility to comply with any tender protocols, especially under the covid pressure we all have been suffering. I congratulate Pestfix for under-cutting the big boys and being at the front of the queue.
