I've just bought a Batavus Quip (Extra Cargo) from them and their support has been flawless; they answered my questions and concerns pre-purchase, prepared and perfectly boxed the bike the same day and had it out for delivery for me. Instructions were provided to complete the setup, and they were perfectly clear, concise and easy to follow. The bike itself is lovely, the pictures they had on the site don't do it justice. If you're looking to get back into cycling and are nervous, or you're just looking for outstanding personal service, you couldn't do any better than the Dutch Bike Shop.
