I bought some school shoes in september for my daughter costing over 50 pounds and the sole has come off one of the shoes and they are not going to replace as they said she has had 6 months of wear out if them and they are not going to replace them. The lady in the shop has glued them and said see how they go and she would give me 20% off a new pair mmmmm not that happy.
What a wonderful shop, 1st class service and the lady made it a wonderful memory for us getting our daughters 1st pair of shoes. Really recommended this shop.
Fantastic shoes, and fantastic service!
Have been today and managed to get shoes for very wide feet children. 2 very happy children. The service was brilliant and will be going back soon
