I was verbally insulted by a customer assistant called David for no reason. I do not go shopping expecting to be insulted and abused. Absolutely disgraceful customer service.

Very to have a little Waitrose since the only outher food store is Asda which is quite a long walk to get too. Great quality products, maybe a bit more expensive but offer a great service.

Sadly, quite a lot of empty shelves. Some products overfilling the gaps. Quality is still top notch, so I hope they can adjust quantities of delivery to accommodate the current situation.
