Today I shopped at my local Little Waitrose. Staff went above and beyond to help even carrying my bag across to bus stop opposite. ! A very sincere thank you to kind courteous staff as I was using a stick and appreciated help.

It was fab. Very well organised, picked up a birthday cake from click and collect so you can go to the front of the queue. Lovely polite staff

It is always a pleasure to shop here. Do you have a question or not sure about a product on sale? Ask the staff and they are knowledgeable.
