If the HR/ Recruitment team is any type of representation of the customer service of this company, I'd hate to fathom what the tenants are dealing with! Rude, snoody, and very dismissive (almost narcissistic) group of privileged individuals at the RiverMarket location... the level of rudeness is laughable! Don't call people in for immediate interviews to treat them like garbage!! Jerks!

I have nothing but great things to say about Newmark. I want to give a huge shout-out to Rachael, Emily and the maintenance team for taking care of me from the start. They have showed nothing but professionalism and care. Living in the Rainwater Flats has been a great experience; very quiet and respectful complex. I love it and I appreciate all the hard work Newmark has done to make this place home for me.

No one is helpful, and they want to charge 200 for after hours maintenance (no where in lease contract). They don’t care about you after you sign the lease, they just scam you afterwards

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. I rented in the Clayton on Scott apartment complex. Apartment 114 flooded twice. Ruined two rugs and 4 pillows and paperwork. I notified the complex manager in October when the apartment flooded the first time. They did nothing to fix it. It happened again 8 months later and did the same thing. They “reimbursed me” 200 on my account for 600 worth of damages to my stuff. Also, people there don’t curb their dogs, and it may not sound like a big deal, but it’s QUITE disgusting. There are no cameras outside of the complex. It is in a SUPER sketchy area with beggars constantly bothering you. After the flooding the second time I had a bug infestation. Earwigs and roaches everywhere. I would kill Atleast 20 a day. It was awful. They won’t let you out of your lease even if this kind of thing does happen. And when it comes to the deposit—don’t expect to get it back. The “150 cleaning fee” doesn’t cover anything other than a dust mop. If you left even a crumb in the refrigerator, they tax you. I would never ever recommend staying in a Moses tucker facility to anyone. Ever.
