I wish I could give two ratings. I'd give a solid 5 stars for customer service, and 3 stars for inventory. I was greeted right away and toured through the store by a very helpful employee. Unfortunately, I didn't get to make a purchase because I couldn't find much that I loved. I'm certain that others might love lots of things, but for my style preferences there were not many items in stock. A good side note: I saw a photograph of an item I did love that is expected to come in soon, and they offered to notify me when it arrives. Again, mark that up too good customer service!

My experience at Ken Rash furniture was extraordinary. I walked in the door to a huge open , clean , well organized space filled with what was obviously top of the line, well made furniture. Several employees were there to offer assistance. I needed help with trying to coordinate some deck furniture with a Firepit that was gifted to me. Turns out, the entire staff is not only educated in design but also artistic in their ability to pull things together to suit my needs. The staff was very helpful and seemed knowledgeable of their products. I highly recommend this place, as i was very pleased with their wide variety of prices and selections that were made available to me.

Everyone who works here is extremely friendly and helpful! While they specialize in gas fire places, they were able to help us solve several problems we were having with our wood fireplace and set us up with new pieces of equipment. Would absolutely recommend!

Nice selection of quality outdoor furniture. The staff is helpful, but you won't get any warm fuzzies from them.
