First time trying this restaurant and was really good! We ordered burgers and fries both really fresh and fries crunchy. We order dessert the chocolate shake was delicious and the sundae was really good too. I feel like it was a good burger for the price range they have. Definitely coming back when around the area.

This place is soooo good! The burgers were fresh! The fries nice and hot. The fry sauces are outta sight! I will definitely go there again!!
I placed an order for ice cream concretes and a couple of combos. The food was ready promptly and I told the lady working the register that I would be right back to get the ice cream. But she immediately picked up the tray of ice cream and followed me out to the parking lot. It was very thoughtful of her to do that and above and beyond what I was expecting from her. Thank you for the assistance.
Horrible experience here on Saturday. We went through the long line in the drive-thru, and a burger with no mustard was ordered. When my husband went to eat it, it was slathered in mustard. So since we didn't want to get back in that line, he went in to request that the burger be made again per the order given 3 TIMES at the speaker. The cashier advised that she needed the receipt, at which time we determined we had not been given one (was not attached to the bag, etc.). So then the manager was apparently not only disinterested but not respectful of our time and inconvenience. Despite the fact that we had a warm Freddy's burger in the bag and asked him to review an American Express transaction for 14.63 in the last 15 minutes, he couldn't be bothered and basically accused us of not getting the food there. Wouldn't even look in the bag. He eventually gave us back for that part of the meal. His lack of service and indifference was sooooo rude. He never apologized, and we left without my husband getting his food (our preference was just to have it made again but he refused). We went on over to a competitor and won't be back. We're very tolerant, especially during the holidays, but there are plenty of businesses who can and will do better. Join us in taking your business to restaurants that want customers!!
I paid 8.54 for a Double Patty Melt Combo with fries and a Dr. Pepper. The place has a nice Americana diner vibe. The music I enjoyed - happened to be disco. The Manager and Staff checked to see if all was well. The wait time seemed fine since the burgers are grilled when ordered. The Patty Melt was well toasted, steaming hot, gooey with cheese and I added mayo and Steakburger spice. The fries are shoestring cut, spiced and taste great with their signature sauce as well as a hot version. I didn't have room for the custard but it all looks good. Cheese Curds were recently added to the menu. The traffic flow works well for such a busy intersection by the Walmart and Sam's Club.
