We have used AR Childrens Hospital General Pediatric Clinic for YEARS!! The last few appointments and contact with staff have unfortunately resulted in an overall BAD experience. Not sure if the staff is in need of more training or if they are just downright RUDE. Little Rock has went down hill over the years so the bad attitudes of staff members really does not surprise me. Sadly, we will be finding a new clinic.

Sorry staff and when you don’t want to talk to the nurse practitioners and ask for a doctor they call dhs on you. Have nasty attitudes and I moved my kids back to Chrystal Johnson I’ll rather wait for the doctor some where else than to deal with this trash service and still pay for that service I think not, if you do still use ach I’ll recommend you go to circle of friends, they seem to have it together over there and they have no problem with you recording YOUR CHILD, and hippy is you recording the staff face names things like that not recording someone gloved hand with long sleeve that could be anybody, not only that they have poor service and have for years seems to me they’re racist as well. I did a full review of this trash place on my YouTube channel

So, my child has an upper respiratory infection and an ear full of wax build up around his ear drum we were supposed to meet with his pediatrician to schedule a follow-up appointment to see how he's doing but the after hours clinic is full.....??? This is so crazy guess we need to change primary care physician

Staff and nurses were great but the doctor seemed clueless. I shouldn't have to be so persistent to get a flu test for my child. Who despite doctors opinion DID HAVE TYPE B FLU, IN APRIL.
