I can't understand some of the negative reviews. I collected an order from the shop and have no complaints. Staff were helpful and knowledgeable. Prices are good and stock looks happy and healthy. Maybe some negative reviews come from the competition? I will be using this business again in the near future.

Ordered live animals on line from this place. Unfortunately item ordered arrived dead on arrival. Sent photo to sellers to basically be told its still alive (you can see clearly its dead on photo). Very poor service no refund or replacement offered. Wont think about ordering from here again. Previous review got removed on google so have put it up again!!
As always great place, went and collected shrimp. Gave me a free Endler what was in shrimp tank..7 days later and shrimp as doing well. Great little but very well stocked aquarium.. love the pace
My partner brought fish online from here 10 in total. Sad to say they all arrived dead on arrival. No hope from seller until I said i was going to leave a bad review of my experience, then they offered a full refund. Wonder if any of the good reviews are actually true. Very disappointing service.
Shocking Customer Service From This Place. Saw the other reviews and thought must be quite a nice place to get fish from. How wrong could I be. The staff were just so rude. Maybe I Just got them on a bad day but wont be going back now after the way they tried to treat me
