AWFUL EXPERIENCE! We spent 6 weeks trying to work with HH Ross, only to let them waste our time. Deb promptly came out for an estimate, but once they had our 50% deposit we were no longer a valued customer. Multiple emails were left unanswered when trying to find out why the scheduler hadn't contacted us about the template/install. I finally started calling, but for three consecutive weeks I was promised I would be contacted, but never was. Finally, I requested a full refund and took my business to Indoor City in Lancaster. There I found fantastic customer service, a better price for the same granite, and work in a timely manner (it took only 4 weeks from my first call to install!!!). Don't let HH Ross waste your time or your money...look elsewhere!

We first encountered Henry Ross at a building show and they created a lasting impression. We worked with Deb on the countertops and backsplash for our kitchen remodel. We loved the product selection and the expert advice Deb gave us. The installers did a great job of completing the project. There was one miscommunication with the order but the company took responsibility and immediately corrected it. Deb then came out to see the final job. This, to me, is a great way to measure a company--how they respond when things go wrong. I am thrilled with their products and work and have referred them to friends. One brought in a piece of countertop they used as a cutting board. It had heat damage. Henry Ross was able to buff it out. They, too, were thrilled with their work. I would highly recommend them for your next project.

Excellent workmanship and installation. I am very happy with the job they did on my quartz countertop. Deb Hartz was great in helping select the color and backsplash, and in getting a piece of cabinet end made to extend my countertop. The installers did a great job of fitting my stove in perfectly.

Ross was absolutely wonderful to work with. They are a highly professional family owned business here in Lititz that puts our quality work.From the minute you walk in the door they are helpful and follow up on everything to make it just right for you. We had an idea of doing a different kind of cut for our backsplash in our powder room and they made a template and did it! It turned out beautifully! I was particular on the granite I wanted and looked around for months, when I found what I wanted they had it shipped to their place and used every inch that they could and centered the exotic parts I likes right where I wanted them from my island to the countertops!! We have been extremely pleased. Karen whom I worked with was more then delightful and followed through on everything leaving messages with updates, emails, texts whatever worked to keep me posted, without going overboard. You will not be disappointed going with Ross!
