Just the best for musicians and music educators of all kinds. If you need to make a face-to-face purchase or return you can find a friendly employee in their office location. And if you have a last minute music emergency ask for a \bush order.\ Otherwise just use their website and be sure to pick up free shipping coupons whenever you can.

Music store right down the street. So awesome!
Excellent customer friendly service! Everyone treats you with such kindness and respect especially when we Music Educators are in our most stressed! Highly recommend as a place to get your best selection and affordability on items. Well stocked and amazing warehouse facility you would love to be part of a grand tour!
Very poor customer service. I ordered a Christmas program for the church choir. Initially told me 1-3 weeks. Five weeks later nothing shows up. I call and they say on back order from publisher. I ask for tracking info. Nothing. They put me on hold. They come back and basically say my order slipped through the cracks and promised me delivery ship out that day. We’ll see. They showed no remorse, no apology and even offered to cancel the order to get me off their backs. They are so big they don’t care.
I work here and it is great.
