We purchased a van two weeks ago. Very unhappy with the service! Collected the van after driving two hours (collection was delayed as it had been in the body repair shop for a dent) to find the whole near side scratched, light catch missing (which had clearly been removed and placed on another vehicle) and the staff so vacant we had no idea what was happening!! Lack of customer service! Kept us waiting 1.5 hrs to sign the paperwork. No information about the van and also no fuel in it for my two hr drive home. Disappointed
From making an enquiry about a Kombi van through to discussing a trade-in and ultimately buying a used vehicle, the service by all the staff I came into contact with was second to none. The bench mark for my expectations is even higher now when buying from a main dealer. I will recommend to all my friends and family and would buy from them again. Made buying a vehicle during difficult times easy and safe to do. Well done DC and thankyou.
