My husband purchased an approved, used Honda Jazz. from Listers showroom Solihull. Bobbi was our appointed sales person. He was warm, polite and very efficient. We were offered coffee from a machine due to Covid restrictions. which was very welcome on a cold winter's day. The process of purchase was seamless. Every detail was explained thoroughly and copies of all the agreement papers provided for our records.No hard sell. Found the additional warranty affordable and gave us peace of mind for the next three years. The presentation of the vehicle was excellent both interior and exterior and the test drive went without a hitch. When we collected the Jazz, Bobbi took the time to explain all of the dashboard icons and tuned in the radio for us before we set off for home. All this in 24hours. What an excellent turnaround. Highly recommend.

Great experience in current times in purchasing my Honda Jazz. Bobby was very professional and provided me with excellent customer service. Simple fact, its 12 months since my Honda was last serviced additionally its MOT is due shortly. Listers Honda Solihull came, collected serviced and returned all for the fee agreed prior to the action. Car came back cleaned too. very pleased and satisfied
Had my car service and MOT here today, very pleased. Car was picked up by a friendly driver promptly in the morning. Received a video showing me a tour of visual checks of the car and was kept updated throughout. Car came back cleaned too. Very easy while working from home, thanks.
From the time I contacted Mitchell at Honda in Solihull the service and customer service has been excellent. My previous Honda dealership had closed and they had not carried out update work on my satnav as requested several times. Mitchell and Technician Sam sorted this out along with a service and first MOT for me today with ease and I was kept informed at every stage. The delivery driver was also very polite - my first contact with this dealership and I am very happy with the service I received. Thank you.
