What an absolutely cracking venue for a wedding. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Wedding went without a hitch. Would recommend this beautiful place to anyone. Had such a great day.

My daughter got married yesterday and we had the reception at Lissanoure Castle. At first it seemed far to travel to get there, but to tell the truth it did not disappoint in the least. The journey is worth it and then some. The reception area is welcoming and comfortable, and then 'the barn' is just a great space to hold a wedding reception. There is plenty of space, it's toasty warm with a huge log fire blazing surrounded by comfortable seating, and the dining area is massive, with plenty of dance floor space if you need it. The staff could not do enough for you, and were all really friendly and welcoming. Thanks so much for a perfect day!!
My husband and I had the most perfect day at Lissanoure Castle. This venue is truly special and is everything we thought it would be, and more. With the organised event staff and Janes kitchen catering everything was totally perfect. (and delicious) A huge thank you to everyone at lissanoure - you made our fairy tale wedding come true.
I may rate it twice so I can give 10 stars. Buildings, grounds, staff, atmosphere, all first rate.
Wow what can I say, we were at a wedding on Saturday. Nibbles and prosecco flowed all afternoon. The sit down meal was delivered to each table like clockwork . Beautiful place
