I am sure this surgery is great if you are at home all day and can work to the rigid appointment process - but if you have a full time job it is impossible to get an appointment. Unhelpful and patronising. Forced to move as of today as cannot believe that this is the same appalling level of service that is offered at all local surgeries.
Reception & Doctors, nurses are so lovely. Always helpful, polite and a wonderful family practice.
