AWFUL. Going to change Gps, they have been so rude to me, apart from the very rare times I have been able to see a doctor. Took blood tests because I am worried about a ongoing condition, and was told the results were all good, only to look them up online and find one was abnormal, so rang up about it which then was said its fine and they have some leeway on the results. I was then told I had seen a lot of people and what did I want her to do!!! Incredibly rude and made me feel like I was wasting her time. No one seems to know what's wrong with me, or seem to care. Would rate it 0 if I could.
Absolutely appalling. I am switching to another practice. I was forced to have private tests done. Results back today and I do indeed have what they were refusing to believe I had. Obviously legal action will follow as I have been extremely ill for several years and this is the likely cause.certainly pays to have friends iohigh places. Thanks Rachel.
I absolutely love our doctors here! Couldn't have asked for more to be honest.
Frankly abismal. Gatekeepers for the NHS. If you want a referral better be prepared to fight for it.
