Would give no stars if I could. Made an appointment to visit house for replacement conservatory roof, day of appointment didn't turn up, I had to chase only to be told 'got car trouble so can't make it sorry'. Had no intention of coming round, didn't even ask if I wanted to rebook. Don't waste your time!

I was VERY nervous about choosing a company to fit my door & window unit, in fear of things going horribly wrong (structurally & financially). However, I am so pleased that Grovewood was recommended to me. They are very thorough, helpful and knowledgeable and the end result ie the fitting of the unit, was absolutely faultless... I don't think I've stopped smiling since! They were punctional, polite and on budget and the quality of the frame and such like is top notch. Thank you to you all!!!!!

In our case we had an excellent fitter and his work plays a large part in our five star assessment.This was matched by the detailed preparation work which ensured that everything was delivered inch-perfect. A minor manufacturing defect was quickly rectified.
