Used the next day delivery service twice now because convenient and safer at the current time. First time, they couldn’t find us although speaking to the delivery driver and she was a mile away...I thought, just go with it. Was resolved the following day. Ordered something yesterday for next day delivery, hasn’t arrived again, excuse being they have ran out of time! You shouldn’t have a service if you cannot follow it through. No help or use to me at all! Spoke to somebody this morning and they booked me in a delivery between 6-10pm, 10 minutes later, another lady contacts me to say what had happened, when I already knew, although this time their excuse changed apparently they couldn’t find us, and she would book in a delivery for 6-10pm. I then told her that it had already been done, her reply was “there is nothing on the system”. Lack of communication, stupid service!

The staff at this branch of Argos are extremely rude and arrogant, including the manager. In particular a young madam who, at the time of our visit, was bossing customers around in the doorway. Since lockdown, some shop workers, of which she is apparently one, think they can treat customers like dirt, ordering them around and threatening to refuse entry, when you have already ordered and paid for an expensive item. If I were you, I would go to a different branch. Complained to Argos several weeks ago but they didn't bother to reply, which would go some way to explain the appalling attitude of their staff. She also totally disregarded social distancing! Avoid.

Argos do possibly the best customer service I know. Nothing is ever a bother when you need to return something and the staff are always nothing but polite!

Great parking facilities. Stopped here to make a few phone calls and search for my best route. No parking charges, free for all to park here. Well done Liskeard.

Not as much products as in other shops around Cornwall and Devon but overall is not too bad
