My family have used Robert Phillips Firplaces for years. We recently got a new open fire put in and could not be happier with it. The correspondence between the fitter and the showroom staff was brilliant and we had no issues. Staff took their time to explain different types and styles etc. We would highly recommend to anyone.

Called in today not realising we were 10mins before closing time.( we thought they closed at 5pm) The sales girl was very unwelcoming and quite rude, making us feel very uncomfortable and a nuisance to her. I fully understand it was a Friday and she probably wanted to get away, but she managed to make us feel very unwelcome indeed, so much so, we left quickly and will not be back there! We had travelled a fair distance to see the showroom and all it would have taken was for her to have been a bit friendlier, and to ask if she could help i some other way by maybe calling or emailing enquiries, or asking if we could call back. None of that was offered. This is on contrast to another retailer selling the same type of products, who we called with the day before. We had to wait whilst they dealt with another customer, and by then it was nearing their closing time. When we said that we should go to let him leave, he told us that we were welcome to take as long as we wanted.
