I must mention several staff names who have gone above and beyond to help!!! None of them know my name, but individually and on separate occasions, each time i have been in store, they have been more than willing to assist. Firstly Carolyn from outside, stops every time i ask a question and writes down the name of plants that i don't know. It's never a problem for Jennifer from outdoors to answer any questions on how to look after plants and Stevie from outside also went and got a book to find the name of a plant that i didn't know. Today, Andy helped me out with some furniture and managed to get it into the car for me and all with a joke and a smile. Last week, Simon also helped me out with more furniture and it was no problem at all. The younger ones are also very friendly and helpful too. I feel that some of these poor reviews are uncalled for which is why i'm taking the time to make sure they receive a good one. My husband and i were in the restaurant and had a lovely chicken dinner/lasagne plus coke and 2 free teas for 13 and it was perfect. Staff behind the counter were under pressure as it was very busy, but again they kept on going with a smile. Today, we bought outdoor furniture and the savings were amazing. It should have been over 600 but we got it for 80 and with a 10 voucher off we paid 70!!!! Plus i had a voucher for triple points !!!! What more can anyone ask for???? I love Dobbies, the sales are great, the variety of plants/gifts are super and i don't know why people are complaining. PLEASE BE FAIR AND GIVE THE STAFF A CHANCE, THEY ARE DOING THEIR BEST!!! Lovely place, full of every kind of plant and outside accessories at a good enough price. Fish kept there are beautiful. Staff are a bit slow to get to you but really helpful.

It is a fantastic garden centre there's no two ways about it, wide parking, massive windows, you're spoiled for choice, everything organized nicely and well maintained... Hopefully the café will also step up the game one day as well as service . I loved the taste of food ,but that cold welcoming along with cold dining room left bitter aftertaste to me I'm willing to come here again for Sunday breakfast with my dog as his place is Dog friendly (nice surprise).I see that vision and good intentions the owners had for this place and hopefully with some additional help things will change to better . This is why it's so important to pay attention to those moments as that would benefit not only owners and customers but community as well!

Cafes is very badly run. Plus we went on a saturday morning for a fry as a lot of people do!! But no bacon left attitude was no none left end of . Then we went out to the garden area and we found something nice for our garden and was in the sale area but we weren't sure of the price so went up to ask the man said i will get someone now 15 minutes passed nothing so we headed home
