Such an incredible space. Everyone who works at ShiftYou is SO welcoming and helpful and go extra lengths to accommodate the fact I only speak English. I have learned SO much during my time there, and feel like a new person. Honestly, the best Pilates studio in Portugal.

I had practiced yoga for 10 years when I met Pedro, but I can say that I was just going through the movements. Pedro teaches yoga—especially in his private classes—with an awareness of the body that is unparalleled. He has truly transformed my practice. The rest of the team is wonderful and the space is bright and welcoming. I have also used their osteopath and will soon have a massage there. The concept of a one-stop wellness center is excellent and hard to find in Lisbon!
