Great boxing academy, for beginners or more advanced boxers. The team is very sympathetic, the atmosphere friendly and you have a lot of choice between more cardio or more technical classes. I have been going here for over 3 years now and I can only recommend Rounds as the best place in town to train!

A very familiar atmosphere with a lot of respect and values. I had there the hardest training ever, like in a 30-minutes HIT boxingclass. And the tecnical training in boxing help me very fast to feel and see progress. The coaches help me always to motivate me to give more power and to learn More. It is very easy to take part in a class and try. All stuff speak english. So it works very well also without portuguese knowledge.

Profissionalismo e bom ambiente são algumas das características deste espaço. A academia ideal para quem quer aprender Boxe e Jiu Jitsu. Para quem já tem experiência, muito bom para treinar e aperfeiçoar a técnica. Nestes tempos de Covid, os atletas podem sentir-se em segurança já que é um espaço exemplar no que diz respeito a esse assunto. Recomendo!

Para mim o espaço mais competente para ensinar boxe em Portugal. Tem ainda outras modalidades como o Jiu-jítsu brasileiro, com um treinador com muito boa energia. É gratificante treinar perto de campeões nacionais e aprender com eles. Para além disso está no meu bairro, o melhor bairro de Lisboa - Campo de Ourique ️ Obrigado Rounds Academy!

Esta é uma escola ótima onde estão treinadores extremamente profissionais para melhorar a nivel de técnica e táctica. Mas além da competição, quem quiser inspirar-se, esta é uma academia que ensina o respeito por todos e a autodisciplina. Eu fui felizardo porque acho que é muito difícil encontrar ginásios tão excelentes.
