I really like their coffee and food normally but had an exceptionally poor experience there today. I sat outside for an hour waiting for a coffee and some scrambled eggs (the real basics) and it never came. It’s a lack of respect for our time to not at least let people know that they’re behind and that they’re struggling to get out something that would normally take 10 minutes. Advise: let people know that you’re struggling and offer a remedy in the meantime. It’s a lot more bearable to wait as well if you’ve at least got a coffee and something to bite on.

If you want to do a brunch please be aware that you need to have the day off or you have to be in retirement. The waiter took at least half an hour to take the order and then we waited one hour to have our food, moreover we were three but just two dishes arrived together. The place was not even busy. We also saw a guy who complained about the waiting time and he just left. We asked for our beverages four times and the waiter brought them when we finished to eat. The coffee has been brought with no sugar and it was not even that good, one napkin was missing and then the waiter brought three yogurts with no tea spoons. The food was nice, but this is one of the worst services I have ever had. All these mistakes became such ridiculous it was not worth it to be upset. I don't recommend it.

Extraordinary! I loved the Flat Pink Signature which is made with espresso and ganache. The banana cake is delicious. Nice ambience, clean interior decoration, pleasant view of the garden. Highly recommend.

Best specialty coffee in Lisbon. Amazing Brioche with poached egg and salmon and cool desserts. Good service.

Unbelievable!!! It's the best coffee speciality & food experience in Lisbon. The eggs benedict is the best one I have tried since my (precious) favourite one in a 2* Michelin restaurant in Madeira.

It is definitely a smart choice for coffee beans. Last week I bought coffee beans from RoastBerry for the first time. My choices were one pack for pouring over in the morning and other for preparing moka espresso after lunch. Both beans were stupendously delicious. The roasting profile is just marvellous and I still couldn't manage to spoil any of the cups I've prepared so far.
