Very good place. You can order from the website and pick up there, you can get your item shipped to your home or you can buy it there without any appointment. Good store good staff and good prices. 10/10 recommend

Very good experience. Picking up a previous order. The queue was long but they had employees outside just taking care of orders. Waited no longer than 5 minutes. An easy thing to do with a very positive impact. For sure will continue shopping here. Also the prices are really competitive. I really recommend

I bought a fridge on their online store and they only delivered to the ground floor. I had to call for help to carry it upstairs. Nothing during their checkout process warned about this. If you're selling very large appliances, you better make it clear to the customers that you don't deliver to their doorstep.

Bought a new phone on the black friday day and the delivery was super quick. Got the tracking number on my email where it was updated constantly and very accurate. Just received the package (it took 3 days only, including saturday and sunday) and it came in perfect conditions. I would highly recommend it! Keep the great job guys!!!

I ordered a graphics card from the website and asked for it to be mailed to me. CTT messed up the delivery and I spent almost a month without seeing my graphics card. Due to this, I requested to pick it up in the store in Benfica instead, as I needed the item for professional reasons. I was denied this and was told my order would need to be sent via CTT once again, despite it already being nearly a month late. This combined with their dreadful customer service makes this a service I would not recommend to anyone. Initially the problem was CTT's, however instead of looking out for their customers best interests they simply tought of it as not being their problem. Absolutely dreadful.

My visit was during Covid times. You take a ticket and wait for your turn outside the store to mantain social distancing. Didnt have to wait too much and the pick up of my online order was very quick and. The staff was nice as it usually is. This is one of my 2 go to computer stores.
