It was one of my best decisions to start practicing crossfit, it took me three years to find space at my agenda to do so. Finally i made it and i was lucky enough to start at the best box in Lisbon. Off limits crossfit has very good location, equiment and a bunch of good coaches who push hard for us and teach us the right movements. I am ending the first month and couldnt be happier.
