my wife tried to use it and the machine didn't print the receipt with the password. she lost her entire day trying to get in touch with customer services just to get her bag back. they don't take responsibility for absolutely anything.

Great experience. Cheap, safe and easy to use. Very convenient for traveling to the airport from Rossio Station. David (the attendant) was extremely helpful and printed us out an extra ticket in case we should lose one. On our return we discovered David had left us a litte postcard wishiing us a happy vacation in Lisbon. That totally made our day :)
