Sneaky thieves! I saw on a recent credit card statement that I was charged an undefined amount by Hertz (months after rental), after emailing them about what this hidden fee was there was a 2 day delay for them to tell me boldly \it was for the road side assistance you signed for on your lease\. The problem is: if I had been asked or had been aware of agreeing to this that's would have been good and well, but I most definitely would have declined that if they had actually asked me if I wanted it. I rented a car for 1 day to drive across the city, I did not need and would not have ever thought of asking for it. I would have expected to be told I was signing for it by the rep. When I asked them to respond to how they intend to correct this, they've ignored me. In closing: Hertz, you wont get me as a customer again.
I was nervous because of the reviews here but had a totally pleasant experience picking up and returning my rental. It wasn't crowded at all, I didn't have to wait at all, the location is convenient, and Bernardo took good care of me.
The staff were terrific and helpful, the place was impeccably clean. And the process was very efficient and digital.

Some difficult reviews here. My experience was great. Quick and friendly service, car was ready and clean, and staff had smiles and walked my to my vehicle. Yes, had Gold service reservation and that probably helped. Recommended. Location was beneficial because of a city centre stay.
Terrible wait to pick up/drop off. You would think they could get through people quicker than 20-30 minutes per customer just to give them a car! Terrible customer service and horrible wait times! Go elsewhere
