Today I went to replace my iPhone battery there. Their price is cheaper than other apple authorized shops in Lisbon. Visited 2 other shop before this one. The battery got replaced. And they even cleaned the lightning port. Now the charger connectivity problem is gone. 100% recommended. And finally can’t forget about the girl who attended on the desk was very professional. I was very satisfied with her nice behavior and quick service.

No one wants their gadgets to get broken, but when they do it's nice to find friendly people, the attention was fast and friendly, this is the actual repairments place, don't waste time going to the stores.
Very professional, kind and helpful. I just got my MacBook Pro 2016 repaired (I had a cracked screen and a broken key cap) for a fair price of 635 . It might sound a little too much but for the overall price of the computer it was more than okay. I got it back in a week in perfect condition. Not only they replaced one key cap the replaced my whole keyboard and gave me the old one just in case something happens (which I hope it won’t). I was served by Pedro Nano who speaks English very well and who was very calm and patiently explained every single detail before and after the repair. I am more than satisfied with the service and for the safety of your devices I would highly recommend this place!
Friendly and reliable! My MacBook Pro had some screen problems, which were covered by apple guarantee. They fixed it in less than a week!
Very unprofessional. So Apple announced that some MacBookPro 3017 have deffective batteries. So I went to GMS Care in Rua Sanches Coelho and they told me that would be ready in 5 working days. It’s been 10 working days and they still dont know when it will be ready. If i was told that i had to wait 2 weeks for my laptop to be ready i would never left my laptop there. So now I can only wait for the service to be finished someday. That’s ver unprofessional. Does anyone knows another apple certified support place to go in lisbon ? Because this was my last time for sure.
Má atendimento no geral. O Funcionário que me atendeu mais parecia que me estava a fazer um frete, além de nem se mostrar com vontade de solucionar o meu problema. A resposta foi ligue para apple para um suporte online. Depois as pessoas queixam-se porque é que os seus empregos são substituídos por maquinas ou formas on-line.
Excelente atendimento! Cumprem o que prometem. Trouxe meu aparelho com defeito e resolveram o problema com muita rapidez!
